Hey beach lovers and sunset chasers! If you’re all about good tunes, tasty bites, and a sky lit up not just by the setting sun but also by fireworks, then you’ve got a plan this July 20th. Chatan’s Sunset Beach is throwing its “SUNSET ON THE BEACH 2024,” and it’s shaping up to be a blast. 🎆
Why Sunset Beach?
Nestled in Chatan, this spot lives up to its name with one of the most glorious sunset views on the main island. Pair that with a festive atmosphere brimming with music and good eats, and you’ve got the perfect evening outing.
What’s on the Agenda?
The event kicks off at 3:00 PM and runs until 8:00 PM, so you have plenty of time to soak in all the festivities. Here’s the scoop on what’s happening:
🎤 Stage Schedule
- 3:00 PM – Youka hits the stage with some soulful singing.
- 3:30 PM – Solan brings the ukulele and hula vibes.
- 4:00 PM – LiO☆Music strums some soothing acoustic guitar.
- 4:30 PM – Mahina Ala Hele graces us with Hawaiian Hula.
- 5:00 PM – Aaki serenades with the ukulele.
- 5:30 PM – kiitos pumps up the energy with kids cheer dance.
- 6:00 PM – Eriki gets funky with the Sanlele.
- 6:30 PM – Richin Emotion turns up the heat with dance moves.
- 7:00 PM – Hālau nā Hula ʻO Makaonaona enchants with Hawaiian Hula.
- 7:30 PM – Mana ʻUra closes the night with a fiery Tahitian and fire dance.
Chill and Chow Down
Between performances, stroll through the beachside where food trucks dish out everything from pizza to tacos. There’s also a treasure trove of shops featuring cool accessories and resin art for those who like a little shopping with their beach time.
Finale? Fireworks!
As the night winds down, the sky lights up. The fireworks finale is the perfect wrap-up to an evening filled with fun and flavors.
Parking Deets
No worries about parking! There’s free space available at Chatan Park and in front of the Aeon Chatan Store, so you can save those coins for extra tacos.
