Hey, food lovers! Are you ready to spice up your February? The 9th Annual Okinawa Food Festival is just around the corner! Join us on February 15th and 16th, 2025, at the Okinawa Comprehensive Athletic Park in Okinawa City for a delicious weekend you won’t want to miss! 🍜🎈
🤔 What’s the Hype?
This festival is a celebration of flavor! Locally known as “ku-wachii” (meaning “delicacies” or “yummy treats”), this event will feature 13 amazing vendors from Central Okinawa, each bringing their most mouthwatering dishes. It’s a foodie’s paradise waiting to be explored!

📍 Date: February 15 (Saturday) & February 16 (Sunday)
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Okinawa Comprehensive Athletic Park, 5-3-1 Hiyane, Okinawa City
💰 Admission Fee: FREE (Yes, you read that right!)
👉 On February 16th, the festival coincides with the Okinawa Marathon, so you can cheer on the runners while enjoying some incredible food!

Get ready to indulge in warm, comforting dishes like Okinawa Soba, juicy steaks, and mouthwatering burgers. And don’t forget the sweet treats! 🍰 Everything is available at budget-friendly prices, so you can feast without worrying about your wallet.
🚗 Parking & Transport: No worries! Whether you’re driving, taking a bus, or hopping in a taxi, just note that it can get busy.
🚌 On February 16th, take advantage of the free shuttle buses running from various locations every 10 minutes between 6:50 AM – 7:40 AM.
